Are there any hidden fees for my order?

You will need to pay this fee, and the final payment amount will be displayed on the result page when you make the payment. For paid subscriptions, they are explained clearly on the homepage.
How do I track my order?
After you have successfully paid and subscribed to PhoneTracker, order details and account information will be sent to your email in electronic form. Please check your email.
When does my subscription become effective?
Your subscription will become effective immediately after you have successfully paid, and you can access all the features included in your subscription plan.
Why did the price increase after I subscribed to a plan?
Our product utilizes a subscription-based model. To give our customers a better user experience, PhoneTracker offers a trial period at a discounted price. However, after the trial period expires, the platform will automatically upgrade to the formal cycle plan subscription package and deduct the corresponding package fee from your account. If you want to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions. If you have any other questions or disputes, please contact us via email, and we will respond and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If my renewal payment fails, will it continue to charge me?
If the renewal payment fails, the automatic renewal subscription will be suspended, and your access to PhoneTracker will be stopped until the payment is successful. The system will attempt to deduct the payment again on the next settlement day. Once successful, automatic renewal and access will be restored, and there will be no additional charges.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. After logging in to your personal account page, click the "Cancel Subscription" button, and your cancellation will take effect from the next billing date and your subscription for the current month will still be active and available for use.
What if I want a refund?
If the service has not been used or executed before the end of the billing cycle, you can request a refund. If a service has been executed within that month, it cannot be refunded. If it has not been executed and you have complied with the terms, you can apply for a refund within 14 days from the transaction date.
